The Nordic Ware Elegant Party Bundt Pan is made from lightweight formed aluminum to promote even heat distribution for consistent baking and browning. Its rust resistant and warp resistant construction supports everyday cake baking while remaining easy to handle. The 12 cup capacity accommodates Bundt cake recipes ranging from rich pound cakes to coffee cakes and other ring shaped desserts.

Nonstick Performance

The smooth silicone based nonstick coating helps baked cakes release from the pan while preserving the scalloped ridges and decorative details. The coated interior also helps reduce sticking and makes cleanup easier after baking. Proper preparation before each use helps cakes release cleanly with the pan's detailed shape intact.

Design

Part of the Nordic Ware Northern Lights Collection, this Bundt pan features a vibrant Twilight Blue finish inspired by the aurora borealis. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Oven safe up to 425°F. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the nonstick coating.

Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and

Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than
¾ full to avoid overflow.

than 10 minutes for best results.
